Mammals

In the spring the bull moose grows it's antlers back, replacing those that were dropped during the past winter. They are said to be in velvet. The velvet covers the antlers thru the summer. The bull moose's antlers are some of the most massive of all animals at full growth, and may weigh as much as 70 pounds.
